With over 30 years of experience in service leadership roles, Levy Schroeder has and continues to address issues related to the well-being of women, youth, immigrants, and the environment.
Previously serving as the Community Grants Coordinator for Louisville Metro Government’s Office of Resilience and Community Service, Levy managed a portfolio of 56 organizations, championing issues related to homelessness and the unmet needs of low-income families.
Passionate about the environment and nature, Levy established the foundations for growth and upgrading of environmental education, amenities, and services at Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve and Boxerwood Gardens & Nature Center.
As a Community Engagement Specialist at Girl Coalition of Indiana, Levy serves communities throughout Clark and Washington counties.
