Jamie Crippin brings over two decades of experience in leadership and program development, with a focus on youth and community engagement. Jamie successfully owned and operated a multi-location facility offering dance, gymnastics, and cheer programs, where she guided over 300 students annually in developing not just skills but confidence, teamwork, and leadership qualities.

A lifelong Girl Scout, Jamie has previously served with Girl Scouts of Western Ohio, where she made a significant impact by fostering a culture of collaboration and team spirit. Her dedication to youth development and community service has been a cornerstone of her career.

In 2022, Jamie was honored as Program Director of the Year for Youth Development by the Ohio YMCA Alliance, recognizing her innovative contributions and commitment to youth programs. Her previous role as Operations Director at the Sidney-Shelby Co. YMCA allowed her to implement strategic initiatives that enhanced member engagement and community partnerships.

Currently, as a Community Engagement Specialist with the Girl Coalition of Indiana, Jamie is dedicated to empowering young people and strengthening communities throughout Allen County. Her work focuses on creating impactful programs that align with the mission of supporting youth development and community growth.
