Karen Fitzgerald-Tillman has a passion for helping others. She has provided winter boots to 200 scholars after raising over $5,000, taken over 200 inner-city scholars on an HBCU college tour, and served as a delegate for the National Sorority of Phi Delta Kappa, representing Gary, IN in Orlando, Florida.

Previously, Karen has worked as a college and career counselor, as well as a guidance counselor.
